We want you to be able to use your new phone right away – we’ll set up the phonebook and add your chosen numbers. We can even pre-load your SOS emergency button with your emergency contacts.

You can also have a short message sent, i.e. “Please call back” or “Please call my landline”. Our fully trained staff will pre-program and configure your new phone to your needs. (This service comes included with the setup for your Emergency Dialling subscription, so no need to buy both.)
